Job Summary:
This is a professional position responsible for recruiting, engaging and supporting prospective foster family through community
outreach, relationship building and guiding families with event planning and resource development.
Essential Functions:

Establish and maintain a positive working relationship with HFC customers

Plan and coordinate recruitment activities in the community

Work with community partners in recruitment efforts

Perform administrative duties and data entry related to community outreach

Recruit prospective foster families

Coordinate with the foster home licensing team and other recruiting/retention efforts

Provide ongoing support of resources and referrals

Assist with the coordination of foster parent orientation

Perform special projects as assigned within designated time frames
Qualifications:
High school diploma required. Associate's degree in human services or related field preferred. Two years of experience working with children and families is preferred.
