Case Management Support - Training

Job Summary: 

This professional role provides administrative and clerical support to the training department by assisting in the coordination of training programs, including managing schedules, tracking training data, maintaining accurate training records, preparing materials, generating reports, and managing communications with internal and external stakeholders.

Essential Functions:

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with HFC clients

  • Assess child welfare training needs and strengths to develop training schedules.

  • Provide onboarding training and assist with coordinating schedules for new HFC employees

  • Develop a resource pool for speakers, venues, and other training-related materials

  • Create surveys, evaluations, and registration forms using SurveyMonkey

  • Review and maintain trainer evaluations, distributing feedback to management and trainers

  • Plan and organize ongoing training events outlined in the training plan

  • Develop and update the Academy training calendar each cycle as needed

  • Review and revise the Training Plan annually

  • Review CMO training reports monthly and provide quarterly data to the Director of Training

  • Prepare the quarterly DCF Training Report

  • Prepare a training calendar monthly

  • Maintain all required reports and official training records

  • Maintain Human Trafficking training records for CMO employees

  • Maintain Child Passenger Safety training records for CMO employees

  • Maintain certifications and recertification dates for CMO and HFC employees

  • Maintain Sunshine Health Training records for HFC staff and the HFC Board

  • Provide monthly spreadsheets to DCF for external trainings to be entered into the Learning Management System

  • Offer support to the Director of Training

  • Complete special projects as assigned

Required Qualifications: 

High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.  Associates degree in a related field preferred.  One year experience in the child welfare system, training, education, and/or customer service experience is required.  Administrative organizational skills and computer literacy are essential.
