Case Management Support - Finance

Job Summary: 

This is a professional position responsible for supporting Finance and RevMax in a clerical position.

Essential Functions:

  • Establishes and maintains positive working relationship with HFC customers

  • Performs routine administrative functions to include:

    • Drafting, mailing, following up, and tracking correspondence,

    • Organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files,

    • Creating new providers in ORACLE and setting up and maintaining direct deposit accounts,

    • FSFN Medicaid closures for 18-year-old adopted children,

    • Maintaining internal EXCEL spreadsheets,

    • Locating legal documentation on county websites,

    • Folding and stuffing paper checks to be mailed, mail-drop off to local post-office

  • Performs other unit duties as assigned

Required Qualifications: 

High school diploma or GED required.  Three years data entry experience in a child welfare or related field preferred.
