Job Summary:
This is a professional position responsible for supporting Finance and RevMax in a clerical position.
Essential Functions:

Establishes and maintains positive working relationship with HFC customers

Performs routine administrative functions to include:
-
Drafting, mailing, following up, and tracking correspondence,
-
Organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files,
-
Creating new providers in ORACLE and setting up and maintaining direct deposit accounts,
-
FSFN Medicaid closures for 18-year-old adopted children,
-
Maintaining internal EXCEL spreadsheets,
-
Locating legal documentation on county websites,
-
Folding and stuffing paper checks to be mailed, mail-drop off to local post-office

Performs other unit duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required. Three years data entry experience in a child welfare or related field preferred.
