This is a professional position responsible for data entry, reconciliations, recoupments and reports.

- Establish and maintain positive working relationship with HFC customers
- Assist with coding of invoices with general ledger account information
- Reconcile, analyze, and track all accounts in FSFN and ORACLE
- Investigate returned funds for clothing and incidentals for reallocation to clients
- Assist other employees with FSFN knowledge base
- Coordinate FSFN Placement edits with RevMax
- Coordinate Provider Invoice corrections and updates with Contract’s staff
- Perform special projects assigned

High school diploma or equivalent. .

One to to years accounting experience, preferably in accounts payable and some course or training in accounting.
