Meet Alaura

Age 10
 

Alaura is a beautiful and vibrant girl with a sweet spirit and a love for all things fun and girly! She lights up when doing make-up, nails, and hair—activities that let her creativity shine. Alaura also enjoys being active and outdoors, especially riding her bike, running track, playing kickball, and spending time on the playground.

Her favorite shows are SpongeBob SquarePants and Kiff, and when it comes to food, Alaura has a bold palate! She loves crabs, seafood, macaroni and cheese, donuts, hamburgers, bacon, Mexican tacos, and steak.

​

Alaura is described as happy and sweet, especially when she’s receiving one-on-one attention. Like many kids, she can have her moods when things don’t go her way, but she bounces back with care and connection. She makes friends easily and enjoys being around others.

Alaura dreams of being adopted with her twin sister, Aurora, and finding a forever family who will support them both with love, patience, and encouragement to keep being their full, amazing selves.
